‘Na sera ‘e Maggio.

DSCN0522cc

An evening in May“:  I am borrowing the title of a famous Napolitan song for my post.  The photos are taken on a calm evening in the beginning of May along the shore of Liesjärvi lake.  The sky was almost overcast with dense dark moving clouds but it was not rainy…just sunset time.  It was a calm and beautiful evening,  as it can be in the nature.  The clouds and trees and branches were reflected in the still lake water.  The photos are not black and white,  of course and they are not edited.  I liked the reflections of the huge clouds … Temperature:  10 degrees C.

  1. What a beautiful series of photos – the lake was the perfect mirror for your artistry. I especially liked the picture with the dead tree in the water – perfect composition!!!!
