Friezes.
In Italy it is not infrequent to have a frieze painted on one’s house outer walls, just below the roof. It is something easy to do, as our houses are mostly built in brickwork. I want to share a few with you today: they were shot around Italy just in these days.

First time I have come to visit you. I love the frescas on the buildings. They are beautiful. My great-great-grandfather was from Italy…Duno near Lake Como. I have always wanted to visit. Maybe someday! I want to learn Italian. Maybe reading your blog will encourage me to learn the language.
