Strane forme di vita popolano il sottobosco! Sicuramente le avrete gia’ viste anche voi queste formazioni fungine sui tronchi degli alberi vivi o di quelli tagliati. Sono dei veri e propri funghi, che sono stati bellamente classificati dagli esperti con i loro nomi scientifici. Sebbene sembrino pericolosi per la pianta, sono tuttavia benigni e non interferiscono con la sua vita, perche’ non intaccano il suo sistema vascolare.

I am sure you have already seen many times fungi like these in the woodlands, they commonly grow along trunks of alive trees as well as on dead ones. They are real mushrooms and scientists have classified them with scientific names. Although they may sound dangerous to the tree, they are actually not, as they do not interfere with its vascular system. Peculiar creatures you find in the undergrowth!
