Tra Italia e Finlandia

E’ facile vedere quando il fenomeno e’ piu’ o meno intenso.  A volte,  se e’ a bassissima intensita,  gli effetti di luce che qui vedete verdi e rossi,  non prendono colore e rimangono bianchi.  Comunque in movimento,  ma bianchi.

I puntini bianchi sullo sfondo sono naturalmente stelle.

Northern Lights in March  #2.

It’s easy to see when the phenomenon is more or less intense.  Sometimes,  if it’s at very low intensity,  the green and red light effects you see here don’t take on color and remain white.  Still moving,  but white.  Amazing.

The little white spots are of course stars.
