Prove di disgelo.

A fine marzo in Finlandia le prime prove di disgelo:  la primavera scandinava fa capolino a poco a poco.  Nelle foto qui sopra:  non e’ fumo cio’ che vedete tra gli alberi,  ma neve in scioglimento,  che si vaporizza nell’aria.

Le attivita’ agricole non riprendono ancora,  perche’ il terreno e’ comunque gelato.

I boschi sono addirittura in parte allagati perche’ il terreno ancora non assorbe.

Il Codibugnolo sull’albero i Cigni nel lago aspettano pazientemente il termine del disgelo.

Si sciolgono le ultime impronte sulla neve vecchia,  stratificata con aghi di pino.  Di chi sara’ questa?

At the end of March in Finland the first evidence of thawing:  Scandinavian spring gradually appears.  In the first photos above:  it is not smoke that you see among the trees,  but melting snow, vaporizing in the air.

Agricultural activities are not yet taking place,  because the ground is still frozen.

The woods are even partly flooded because the soil does not absorb yet.

The Long-tailed  Tit in the tree and the Swans in the lake patiently wait for the thaw to come to an end.

The last footprints melt on the old snow layered with pine needles.  Whose will this be?
