A terrace onto the sea. In these shots the famous “Rotonda a mare” overlooking the Adriatic sea from the long sandy beach of Senigallia, in the Italian region Le Marche. This building was erected in the 1930’s and served as a restaurant and dancing hall until the 1960’s, when it became particularly iconic for the summery “dolce vita”. Nowadays it is a conference hall.
It is the subject of a famous song too: if you like, you can listento it HERE.
Oops…not only people appreciate its elegant architecture, but also seagulls, who have planned a meeting there!
