Tra Italia e Finlandia

Buongiorno lettori e buon giorno di San Valentino per domani!  Spero possiate trascorrerlo in amicizia o con il vostro compagno/a di vita o del cuore.

Io intanto vi propongo un giro a Turku per vedere come viene festeggiata qui la giornata.  Nelle foto sopra:  nel piccolo centro commerciale Hansakortteli,  campeggiano due cuori floreali in attesa di un selfie memorabile.

Naturalmente l’aspetto legato alla gola e’ importantissimo e l’offerta di dolciumi a tema delle varie pasticcerie e’ notevole…

Tra le proposte piu’ curiose,  questa scarpa interamente in cioccolato da gustare insieme.

Altra proposta invitante:  il Caffe’ Eino,  proprio in mezzo alla piazza centrale Kauppatori,  ha allestito un padiglione a parte adatto alle coppiette.  Temperatura interna garantita 20 gradi C,  malgrado i -5 fuori.  Nome del padiglione:  Pusu Koppi,  cioe’:  “cabina del bacio”.

Infine,  siccome qui in Finlandia il giorno di San Valentino e’ dedicato agli amici,  piu’ che ai fidanzati,  si trovano varie idee regalo per farli felici.

Valentine’s in Turku.

Good morning readers and Happy Valentine’s Day tomorrow!  I hope you can spend it in friendship or with your life partner or your love partner. 

In the meantime,  I will take you with me to Turku to see how the day is celebrated here.  In the first photos above:  in the small Hansakortteli shopping center,  two floral hearts stand out waiting for a memorable selfie.

Since food is a very important part of life,  the offer of themed sweets from the various pastry shops is remarkable…

Among the most curious suggestions,  the above shoe entirely made of chocolate to be enjoyed together.

Another inviting possibility:  Eino Café,  right in the middle of the main Kauppatori square,  has set up a separate pavilion suitable for couples.  The temperature inside is guaranteed to be 20 degrees C,  despite the -5 outside.  The pavilion’s name:  Pusu Koppi, which means “kissing booth”.

Finally,  since here in Finland Valentine’s Day is dedicated to friends,  rather than to lovers,  you will find many different gadgets to make them happy.
