Cari lettori del mio blog,  oggi condivido con voi alcune foto di panini o sandwich o comunque snacks veloci che potete trovare nei bar e caffetterie in Finlandia qualora veniste a fare turismo qui.  Iniziamo da delle ottime brioches imbottite qui sopra.

Continuiamo con un panino con uova e filetti di aringa.  I panini a base di filetti di pesce sono abbastanza comuni,  specie se si tratta di salmone.  Qui sotto una tartina di Pane dell’arcipelago e salsa Skagen e un panino con pulled salmon.

Continuiamo con semplici panini al salame,  li trovate fatti con pani di cereali diversi:

Il seguente e’ imbottito con pate’ di fegato di maiale:

Esistono anche panini con cotoletta,  frittate,  oppure totalmente vegetariani e vegani,  con Quorn,  ad esempio:

Per non parlare di pizzette e ultimamente anche la Pinsa:

Infine,  una novita’ che e’ il mio pane preferito:  la pasta del Pretzel tedesco tirata quasi come sfoglia e imbottita.  Una golosita’!

Sandwiches.

Dear readers of my blog,  today I will share with you some photos of sandwiches or quick snacks that you can find in bars and cafes in Finland if you should come to spend time here.  Let’s start with some excellent filled croissants.

We will continue with a sandwich with eggs and herring fillets.  Sandwiches with fish fillets are quite common,  especially wih salmon.  Below is a snack of Archipelago bread and Skagen sauce.

After that,  simple salami sandwiches.  You’ll find a variety of different types of bread too.

The following one is filled with pork liver pate’.

You will find omelette sandwiches or cutlet sandwiches,  or vegetarian and vegan sandwiches,  filled with Quorn,  for instance.

Not to mention small pizzas and lately even Pinsa romana.

Finally,  a new addition that is my favorite bread:  German Pretzel dough rolled out almost like puff pastry and stuffed.  To me a real treat!
