Buona domenica a tutti!

Oggi voglio continuare il discorso Giornata Internazionale della Donna e dedicare questa canzone a tutte le donne del pianeta. 

La canzone che ho scelto e’ la famosissima:  “Sunny”,  scritta dal cantautore americano Bobby Hebb nel 1963.  Ignorando il fatto che la canzone fu scritta a seguito di un fatto di sangue che ha coinvolto il fratello,  probabilmente per omaggiarlo,  io intendo proporvi la bellezza e dolcezza di questa composizione soul-jazz.  Ignorando anche il fatto che e’ stata reinterpretata da molti altri artisti,  ho scelto l’originale.

Today I want to continue the International Women’s Day celebration and dedicate this song to all the women in the planet.

The song I chose is the very famous:  “Sunny”,   written by American singer and songwriter Bobby Hebb in 1963.  Leaving apart the fact that the song was written following his brother’s stabbing,  probably to pay homage to him,  I intend to share with you the beauty and sweetness of this soul-jazz composition.  Ignoring also the fact that it has been reinterpreted by many other artists,  I chose the original.
