Ecco ancora una panoramica delle abitazioni tipiche della Finlandia.

Queste sono tutte case singole e piuttosto grandi.  L’ambizione piu’ grande dei finlandesi e’ vivere in una casa singola circondata da un po’ di giardino.  Possibilmente al di fuori del centro abitato,  in modo da godere di liberta’ e privacy.DSCN3601DSCN3605DSCN3628DSCN3630

Here is another overview of typical Finnish homes.

These are all single and quite large houses.  The Finns’ greatest ambition is to live in a single house surrounded by a bit of garden.  Possibly outside the town centre,  in order to enjoy freedom and privacy.

The latter two are:  the small church of Pertteli and an office building in Forssa.

  5. I think it is the dream of many people… However, we are increasingly advised to live smaller due to lack of space. This is referred to as a “concrete stop” because too much ground surface is being built on and that also causes problems with the water management in the soil (water immediately runs off and the soil dries out too much. The aim is also to make the cities greener again. (and therefore also more livable). All this is a slow process with many pros and cons.
    Fortunately, there is still plenty of room available in Finland for a beautiful home in the middle of the green.

  17. Oh yes, we are lucky here because if we want to enjoy green areas, there are plenty of possibilities. The roads are not a problem either. But in Italy it is opposite: the territory is already quite full of concrete, with the disadvantages that you mentioned.

  43. mi chiedo una cosa, come fate per isolare l’esterno delle case? Avete dovuto mettere i pannelli isolanti, come ci stanno imponendo qui? Si parla di transizione ecologica da voi? Non so se sai del BONUS 110% che avevamo iniziato a fare in Italia finendo per spendere troppi soldi pubblici per ristrutturare villette private…

  44. Qui le case sono isolate benissimo da sempre. Fra il muro esterno e quello interno ci sono vari strati di isolanti diversi e in più una intercapedine di aria. Certo si parla di transizione ecologica ma riguarda più i mezzi di trasporto, il riciclo e la ricerca di energie alternative.
