Novembre e’ il mese del grigiore per eccellenza,  qui al nord,  perche’ le giornate sono cortissime,  perche’ il cielo e’ per lo piu’ coperto,  perche’ è il mese delle piogge.  A novembre arrivano anche le gelate quelle serie,  quelle che non si sciolgono durante il giorno perche’ le temperature non salgono piu’ di tanto.

La legge prevede anche che si mettano gli pneumatici invernali,  a novembre,  che qui significa per lo più chiodati.  Le gomme termiche infatti aiutano sulla neve,  però sul ghiaccio gli unici che funzionano sono i chiodi.  La legge non prescrive una data d’inizio dell’uso dei suddetti pneumatici,  ma si appella alle condizioni meteo.  Comunque a novembre chiaramente li abbiamo già tutti!gelo2020 (5)XXgelo2020 (6)XXgelo2020 (7)XX

Frost.

November is the month of the utmost grayness,  here in the north,  because days are very short,  because the sky is mostly overcast,  because it is the month of continuous rainfalls.  In November the real frost also arrives,  the frost that doesn’t melt during the day because the temperatures don’t rise that much.

The law requires that winter tires be put on,  in November,  which here mostly means studded tires.  In fact,  thermal tires help on snow,  but on ice the only ones that work are studs.  The law does not prescribe a starting date for the use of the aforementioned tires,  but refers to weather conditions.  However,  in November we clearly already have them all!
