Kolovratu è il nome di un accogliente ristorantino nel centro di Lubiana che abbiamo scoperto durante un viaggio in una piovosissima domenica di settembre – si tratta in realtà di una delle più antiche trattorie di Lubiana.  Abbiamo letteralmente trovato rifugio in questo luogo piacevolmente arredato e ci siamo sfamati con gusto,  approfittando della varietà delle pietanze offerte dal menù.  Vi propongo qualche foto e vi consiglio di appuntarvelo,  se capitate nel cuore della splendida capitale della Slovenia.

I piatti principali che abbiamo provato:  gulash e zuppa d’orzo con verdura e salsiccia,  ovviamente accompagnati da birra locale.

Kolovratu.

This is the name of a small but cozy restaurant in the centre of Ljubljana,  which we discovered by mere chance during a trip through the beautiful capital town of Slovenia.  It was a rainy September Sunday and we literally took refuge in this place,  finding good food and good beer there.  We enjoyed tasting local dishes:  goulash and barley soup with vegetables and sausage.  We found out later that it is one of the oldest lunch places in town.  A few shots for you and my advice to take it into consideration if you happen to be around…
