An alien flower.
It is the Columbine (Aquilegia) , a gentle summer flower whose buds look a little like alien, in my opinion. It lives in the colder areas of Italy and survives very well the Finnish winter. This is what we have in our garden.
Its Finnish name is: Akilleja.

I love the aquilegias growing in our garden. We have pink and blue ones and I will sow seeds of the yellow variety for next year.

I love them too. We have also blue ones, so dark that they are almost violet. Next year I would like the pink variety…

Bellissima!

This yellow one reminds a bit of an alien! I have them in a lot of colors, but the pretty yellow one disappeared 😦 Perhaps it returned to outer space?
