2018 dicembre

Un mese nelle mie foto:

Dicembre è stato un mese movimentatissimo:  abbiamo fatto e visto tante cose,  per poi fermarci nei giorni di Natale.  Per esempio abbiamo girato per mercatini in varie città,  non tanto per comprare regali,  ma per puro divertimento:  per respirarne l’atmosfera,  perchè ci fanno tornare bambini…in una parola…perchè ci piace!  Dappertutto abbiamo assaggiato le più buone leccornie:  a Turku la salsiccia di renna,  a Tampere il Bratwurst tedesco;  a Verona il panino con la “Soppressa”! 

Abbiamo anche visitato mostre d’arte (di cui vi raccontero’) e assistito a concerti.  Ma in assoluto la cosa più piacevole che abbiamo fatto è stata rivedere i nostri parenti e gli amici di sempre:  quelli che portiamo nel cuore.  Mando ancora un saluto ed un abbraccio a tutti! 

Il tempo è stato sereno/variabile:  in Finlandia leggere nevicate – che vuol dire Natale;  a Verona sole e nebbia – che vuol dire Natale!  🙂

A month in my photos:

This December has been quite full:  we saw and did a lot,  but then at Christmas we stopped all and took it easy.  First of all we spent time in a few Christmas markets,  not to buy presents but to smell and enjoy the atmosphere:  because it makes us feel like children again…in a word…because we like it!   Of course we also tasted many good produce:  in Turku the reindeer sausage,  in Tampere the German Bratwurst and in Verona the sandwich with “Soppressa”,  a local type of salami.

Then we visited art shows (I will tell you about) and music concerts… The most pleasant happening,  though,  was meeting our relatives and our dearest friends:  I send them warm hugs again!

The weather has been very Christmassy:  in Finland light snowfalls,  which gave the correct feelings;  in Italy sunny and foggy – which for us in the Po Valley means:  winter weather.  🙂

  27. Hi there – I still find the idea that I have Christmas in summer very strange! I miss a real winter!
