L’ aperitivo e’ una felice abitudine che ha preso piede anche a casa nostra velocemente. A Risto piace molto lo Spritz, mentre io preferisco Hugo. Quando ce lo concediamo, per accompagnare le bevande ho scoperto dei gustosissimi e facili frollini al parmigliano (trovati nel blog misya.info).
Ricetta: impastare velocemente insieme con poca acqua 125 gr di farina, 90 gr di burro, 100 gr di parmigiano, 1 cucchiaino scarso di bicarbonato, sale. Dare la forma desiderata e spennellare la superficie per poi decorarla con spezie: origano, rosmarino, paprika, semi di papavero… Infornare a 180 gradi per 15 minuti.
A homemade aperitif. It is pleasant to drink something before dinner, sometimes. Risto and I prefer the Italian “Spritz” or “Hugo”, accompanied by some tasty homemade crackers. I found a simple recipe in a blog: mix 125 grams of flour, 90 gr butter, 100 gr parmesan cheese with a little salt, a coffee spoon baking soda and some water. Work it all into dough, give a shape and bake at 180 degrees C in the oven for 15 minutes. You can decorate them with spices on the surface.
