Fiori in mostra #1.

Nella splendida cornice della villa Wiurilan Kartano,  a Salo,  e’ possibile pranzare,  ma anche visitare le mostre d’arte che vi si tengono.

L’anno scorso erano in mostra i lavori di due artiste:  Jenni Vakkilainen e Kreetta Järvenpää,  la prima pittrice e la seconda fotografa.  Il filo conduttore della mostra erano i fiori.

La prima opera l’avete gia’ intravista.  Si tratta dell’opera di Kreetta Järvenpää:  “Autumn,  Here I Am” e non e’ una pittura,  ma una fotografia.  Questa artista infatti dispone i fiori come per un dipinto e ne realizza splendide foto:

Sono senz’altro fotografie formidabili,  non trovate?

Flowers on Show.

In the scenic setting of the Wiurilan Kartano villa,  in Salo,  it is possible to have lunch,  but also to visit the art exhibitions that are held there.  Last year the works of two artists were on display:  Jenni Vakkilainen and Kreetta Järvenpää,  the first a painter and the second a photographer.  The  theme of the exhibition was:  flowers.

You have already had a  glimpse of the first work.  It is the work of Kreetta Järvenpää:  “Autumn, Here I Am” and it is not a painting,  but a photograph.  This artist does arrange the flowers as if for a painting and takes splendid photos of them.

By the same artist:  “Unforgettable”  and  “Bohemian I”.

We will continue with:  “A Feast”.

Finally:  “Sideshow I”.

These are unbelievably surprising photographs,  in my opinion.
