Buona domenica a tutti!

Cari lettori,  il brano di oggi e’ musica classica,  direi descrittiva,  in quanto ci fa immaginare e sentire la vita che si svolge dentro un acquario.

Il pezzo e’ stato composto da Camille Saint-Saëns nel 1886 e fa parte della sua suite:  “Il Carnevale degli Animali”.

La bellezza di questo pezzo e’ cristallina:  gli strumenti riproducono perfettamente le bolle che si rincorrono,  i pesci che giocano e l’atmosfera sospesa di un ambiente cosi’ particolare.  Lo avete probabilmente gia’ sentito,  perche’ e’ stato usato molteplici volte come sottofondo.

Dear readers,  today’s tune is classical music,  I would say descriptive,  as it makes us imagine and feel the life that takes place inside an aquarium.

The piece was composed by Camille Saint-Saëns in 1886 and is part of his suite:  “The Carnival of Animals”.

The beauty of this piece is crystal clear:  the instruments perfectly convey the rippling bubbles,  the playing fish and the suspended atmosphere of such a particular environment.  You’ve probably heard it many times,  because it’s been used as background music.
