Il nostro viaggio musicale di oggi ci porta in Svezia,  perchè il nostro artista Eagle-Eye Lanoo Cherry,  è un musicista svedese.  Eagle-Eye è  figlio di Don Cherry  (famoso trombettista jazz statunitense e discendente dei Nativi Americani per via materna e afroamericano per via paterna)  e fratellastro di Neneh Cherry,  anche lei famosa cantante. 

Il brano che vi propongo è la bellissima:  Save Tonight,  il cui video ufficiale è stato girato nel quartiere di Södermalm a Stoccolma,  popolato di caffè e negozi eclettici e musicali e frequentato da artisti.

Our musical journey today takes us to Sweden,  because our artist Eagle-Eye Lanoo Cherry,  is a Swedish musician.  Eagle-Eye is son to Don Cherry (famous American jazz trumpeter and descendant of Native Americans through his mother and African American on the paternal side)  and half-brother of Neneh Cherry,  also a famous singer.

The song I will share with you is the beautiful:  Save Tonight,  whose official video was shot in the Södermalm district in Stockholm,  populated by artsy and eclectic cafés and frequented by artists.

  28. Never knew the song or singer before. What really strikes me is how simple and unpretentious and uplifting the video is. I do tire of today’s glitz and glamour and cleverness sometimes 😉 …..Thanks for posting.
