Tra Italia e Finlandia

Cari lettori,  tornando al mercatino natalizio di Lohja che abbiamo visto nelle settimane scorse,  ve lo voglio mostrare dal punto di vista dei bimbi. 

Ecco dove trovano motivi di divertimento:  naturalmente nell’assaggiare le squisitezze in vendita sulle bancarelle,  nel fare qualche acquisto con i genitori o anche qualche capriccio…

…ma anche nell’essere trasportati con gli slittini,  senza far la fatica di camminare,  almeno i piu’ piccoli. 

Ben vestiti con tutine imbottite e antivento,  possono lanciarsi in qualsiasi avventura.

A proposito:  il senso dei finnici per l’ordine si estrinseca anche in questo:  gli slittini e i passeggini parcheggiati negli appositi spazi.

Come detto,  i motivi di divertimento sono dappertutto:  anche lanciarsi dalla cima dei cumuli di neve usandoli come scivolo non e’ male.

A giornata conclusa non saranno stanchi solo i genitori.  Di solito questi mercatini chiudono alle 16.00.

Children at the Market.

Dear readers,  going back to the Lohja Christmas market that we saw in recent weeks,  I want to show it to you from the point of view of children.

That’s where they find reasons to have fun:  of course tasting the delicacies on sale at the stalls,  making some purchases with their parents or even throwing a tantrum…but also in being transported on sledges,  without making the effort of walking,   at least the little ones. 

Properly dressed in padded and windproof overalls,  they can throw themselves into any adventure.

As you can see,  the Finns’ sense of order is also expressed in the correct parking sledges and baby strollers in the designated spaces. 

As mentioned,  there are reasons for having fun everywhere:  even jumping from the top of the snowdrifts using them as a slide isn’t bad.

At the end of the day,  not only parents will be tired.   Christmas markets in small towns usually close at 4 p.m.
