Tra Italia e Finlandia

Lo scorso 7 marzo,  si e’ svolta sul lago di Garda,  precisamente nella cittadina di Garda che da’ il nome al lago,  una tappa della rassegna “Symphony of Fire”.

Si tratta di una manifestazione pirotecnica annuale di più giorni e una competizione internazionale amichevole che si svolge in tutto il mondo.

Noi eravamo in Italia e siamo andati a vederla,  con l’amica Caterina,  a cui dedico il post.  Ve ne propongo alcune foto.

La particolarita’ di questa rassegna e’ che i fuochi sono lanciati a tempo di musica.  Nel nostro caso la musica era anche quella dell’Opera italiana.

Symphony of Fire.

On March 7th,  a stop on Lake Garda,  specifically in the town of Garda,  which gives the lake its name,  was part of the “Symphony of Fire” festival.

This is an annual multi-day fireworks display and an international friendly competition held around the world.

We were in Italy and went to see it with our friend Caterina,  to whom this post is dedicated.  I am sharing some photos.

The unique feature of this event is that the fireworks are set to music.  In our case,  the music was also that of the Italian opera.
