Cervi nella neve.

Per tutto l’inverno cervi,  caprioli ma anche gli alci si tengono ben stretti e nascosti nel folto dei boschi,  mangiando quel poco che trovano e risparmiando le energie.

Non si muovono nella neve alta,  perche’ troppo faticoso e se proprio lo devono fare,  procedono in fila indiana.

Per questo motivo e’ ben difficile vederli:  rispuntano fuori a primavera.

Deer in the Snow.

Throughout the winter deer,  roe deer and elk keep together in groups,  hidden in the thick of the woods,  eating what they can find,  however little,  and saving energy.

They do not move in the deep snow,  because it takes energy and if they really have to,  they proceed in a row. 

For this reason it is very difficult to see them:  they pop up again in spring.
