Nell’autunno 2019,  prima che il covid costringesse tutti ad annullare eventi e contatti umani,  ho avuto il piacere di partecipare alla bellissima manifestazione denominata:  Gessando,  tenuta nel cortile della Casa di riposo “B. Albertini” di Isola della Scala,  presso Verona.

Si trattava di una rassegna di disegni realizzati rigorosamente con gessetti colorati nel cortile della casa di riposo,  nel perfetto stile dei “madonnari”,  i famosi artisti di strada.

A realizzare le opere erano bambini e ragazzi delle locali scuole primarie.  Ve ne propongo alcune.  Quell’anno il tema dei disegni era:  fare festa.

Naturalmente in una rassegna seria c’è stata una premiazione seria,  con tanto di coppe:

Gessando 2019

In autumn 2019,  before Covid forced everyone to cancel events and human contacts,  I had the pleasure of participating in the beautiful event called:  Gessando (=playing with chalk),  held in the courtyard of the “B. Albertini” retirement home in Isola della Scala,  near Verona.

It was a review of drawings made strictly with colored chalk in the courtyard of the retirement home,  in the perfect style of the “madonnari”,  the famous street artists.

The works were created by children from the local primary schools.  I will share some with you.  That year the theme of the drawings was:  partying.

Of course it was a kind of competition,  so there were prizes and cups.

(The winner was the third from above).
