Una salsa piccante.

In un fornito ipermercato,  mi e’ capitato di imbattermi in questa salsa piccante a base di cipolle assolutamente British.  Siccome amo entrambi questi alimenti,  ho deciso di provarla.  Ebbene,  il gusto mi ha conquistata subito e la consistenza cosi’ morbida ma omogenea ne ha fatto un accompagnamento gustoso per spuntini, aperitivi, tartine…  Fra gli altri ingredienti:  peperoni rossi e Jalapeño.

A spicy Sauce.

In a well-stocked food market I happened to come across this absolutely British spicy onion-based sauce.  Since I love both onion and chili,  I decided to give it a try.  Well,  the taste won me over immediately and the smooth but homogeneous texture made it a tasty accompaniment for snacks,  aperitifs,  canapés…  Among other ingredients:  red peppers and Jalapeño.

In the above photos you can see it on my favorite crackers,  the various seeds ones.
