In finnico: Tilhi.
Welcome guests. One of these days a small group of Waxwings (Bombycilla garrulus) visited our garden looking for berries. It was an absolute surprise for us and we were very happy to see them from close-up: their colours and plumage are unique! They usually keep off from humans and move frequently in their search for food, so they do not visit people’s garden so often. Unfortunately they stayed very shot time and I could take only a few shots. Apparently one of them was standing all the time on our silver spruce top, as a lookout post, watching out for dangers.
